Boston Brewing Co. customer story
Boston Brewing Co. started in 2010 serving its own beer in a small 70-seat venue in Denmark, Western Australia. By 2022 it had 2 venues (with 400 and 500 seats) and sold its packaged beer in more than 400 shops and venues across Western Australia. General Manager Glen Daniel wanted to find new overseas markets.
After an Austrade seminar, by using export.business.gov.au plus state government assistance the company has had some early success. Boston sent its first pallet of mixed beers to Malaysia in January 2022 with a follow-up pallet soon after. It has also sent display samples to Japan after distributors there showed interest.
